These are 6, original, 1950s, metal. Wire plaques featuring different drinks and cocktails. There is a cherry martini type glass, beer mug, wine bottle/corkscrew, swizzle stick cocktail, brandy sniffer, and liquor bottle. The pieces are very sculptural with a wild, 3d style design. The metal wire and mesh is black and there is an occasional red detail. I believe the finish is original. They are in very good condition with light wear and no broken welds. These midcentury sculptures have been in our personal collection almost 30 years. They are reminiscent of Frederick (Frederic) Weinberg, Tony Paul, Calder, and other atomic era sculptors and makers. These rare, 50s modern wall sculptures would make the ultimate art addition to any Tiki bar, retro mod kitchen, basement rec room, or space age lounge!
