Pair of Mid Century Modern Atomic Chalk Ware Lamps. 1950’s tall architectural hour-glass form lamps with brass spikes. Textured chalkware lamps are incised with Egyptian Hieroglyphics. C1950’s in the style of Frederick Weinberg. Each weighs approximately 7.5 lbs. Signed: FAIP impressed stamp on the backs. Shades are not included. Both in good working order. Each with 3 way sockets and inline on/off switches, older wiring is different on each. As always, vintage wiring should be checked or upgraded to today’s standards. Condition : Good vintage condition, a missing brass spike to the back of one lamp, a small perforation on the side of one (photo #9). Patina to the brass bases, more so to one (see lamp on left in photos). Please examine all photos. Measurements : Overall Height 34. 25.5″ to the top of sockets and 6 1/2″ base diameter. Nice rummage sale find! First, let’s talk dimensions. The shade is 18″ diameter across the bottom and 15 1/2″ across the top. It’s just over 28 at the finial. It is, by my research, Lightolier. I do not know the designer. The condition is very good. There are no serious marks or defects or damage. The color is a restrained -black and gold(bronze). The brass and acrylic ball ornament is classic mid century atomic. Fun yet sophisticated, this lamp would look great in the most upscale, MCM room. Welcome to our listing for this superb v intage mid century’Dinette’ compact drop leaf kitchen dining table with set of three ercol style. (plus a fourth non matching chair if wanted). (see below for details). The fourth odd chair is unbranded but is an unusual design. It is a neatly sized table measuring approx. 73.5cm high x 77cm wide extending to 122cm wide with the leaves up x 61cm across. Each chair is approx. 82cm high with a seat height of 42cm and back height from the seat up of 44cm. This is a pre-loved vintage set so it shows general signs of use and age with some marks fading scratches and wear and tear in places as shown. Nothing too drastic though or that couldn’t easily be rectified or just lived with. Please be sure to check the photos to judge the condition for yourself. The seat pads are a bit grubby but could be cleaned or removed / replaced as they just tie on. Please let us know if you want the fourth / odd chair, it is free and included if you want it to make up the set of four as such. In some cases we are able to offer local deliveries within 25 miles of PE19 6SS, Croxton in Cambs at cost price. If you live above ground floor level the pallet will be placed as close to your main door at ground level. It could be lots of smaller items or a few larger items. The maximum pallet sizes are 1200mm x 1000mm with a max height of 2000mm. (1.2m x 1m x 2m high). Should you require longer to collect please let us know and we will work something out. We have staff that can help you lift and load when you arrive at no extra cost. Saturday and out of normal working hours deliveries are available but do cost extra. We take pride in the services we offer and have a strong passion for supplying quality pre-loved and new goods, at affordable prices, with a no nonsense service. We are currently in the process of adapting our warehouse from storage to a warehouse shop, so we will basically be open to the public six days a week with our full stock inventory on sale.
