This item is for parts/repair only. The clock movement does not work. The diameter of the item is approximately 23 – 3/4 inches. The starburst spikes are made from metal. The spikes are not made from wood. The item is missing three of the black ball attachments (as shown in the photos). The item does not include a battery. There is scratching/scuffing throughout the item. There is discoloration/wear throughout. The item as rust/corrosion throughout (as shown in the photos). The item is missing 3 of the black ball attachments. Some of the other ones come off very easily. The metal pieces are bent throughout. There may be other issues with the item.
