Vtg 60’s Paul Mayen Tube Table Lamp Light Mid Century Modern Atomic Retro Rare
This measures 25 tall and the drum shade measures one foot across. The base is bright chrome tubing with a frosted acrylic drum shade. Original electrical wiring looks in fine condition and works as it should. Original chrome pull chain offers 3 pull settings for a 3-way bulb. This also has it’s original top white painted metal defuser, use with or without depending on how you like your light. The defuser disc is slightly warped, but has no wrinkles or bends in the metal just a light warped appearance. Fits as it should under the original finial. The defuser has a few minor paint scrapes. The socket frame up inside has a bit of the white paint flaking off (see photos), easily touched up, but does not show when the lamp is displayed. The shade seems perfect, no cracks or scratches that I can find at all, very clean and not discolored from age any off color in photos is strictly my lighting, not discoloration of the shade. It is a nice thick heavy acrylic. The chrome is quite clean with only the smallest amount of oxidation and maybe a few very light scratches to the surface that would likely polish off. This is an absolute stunner and extremely rare to find in this condition! 60’s Sputnik Atomic Convex Wall Mirror MID Century Modern Space Age 70s Sunburst
Here we have a fab mid century modern Sputnik mirror. The photo’s don’t do this justice whatsoever, it was difficult to photo as it’s a convex mirror. This has a wonderful space age design with atomic bursts from the central mirror. Including frame this measures approximately 18.5 inches in diameter, the mirror itself is approximately 12 inches in diameter. This is a perfect addition to the Space age/60’s/70’s inspired home.
