Vintage MCM Rye Studio Pottery Atomic Lamp Hand Painted, 1950s, 1960s, Suffolk VGC. A beautiful Rye lamp, hand decorated with a an alternating chequered pattern of stars -and circles in blue, red and yellow. Great geometric “Atomic” style design – I would think this is C1960. Printed blue Rye Pottery mark to base. A really unusual lamp – cool shape, fantastic design. It has a new cable of a good length and I would guess a replacement plastic lamp fitting, with switch, to take bayonet style bulbs. It was PAT tested for safety in 2023. A stunning Mid Century Modern piece of Rye Pottery. Just to say there are some lovely totally modern lamps in MCM style made today at Rye Pottery – they are gorgeous- check out the Rye Pottery website. Condition – Excellent condition – no damage issues, minor wear or kiln-stick on underneath of base rim only – photos 17-19. See all photos to help assess condition fully. Size – approx – 22.0 cm tall to top of lamp fitting, 15.8 cm tall to top of pottery base, 12.1 cm across at widest, (nearly 8 3/4″ tall to top of lamp fitting, 6 1/4″ tall to top of pottery base, 4 3/4 across at widest). Weight of lamp – 745 g. I pack parcels very well using recycled materials where possible, both to keep costs down and be more sustainable.

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a large vintage sculptural black wire / metal fish wall hanging. The wire is black in color, and is of a decent gauge as well – it’s not flimsy as most of these can be. 22″ long x 18″ tall x 1.75 deep (rounded wire projection by the rear side of the fish’s head). Vintage Mid Century Modern 70s Retro Fabric Atomic Starburst Groovy Textile Sheer Lot of 2 Sheets. Beautiful True Vintage VTG Retro Mid Century MCM Fabric Sample Scrap with Large Print Brown Starburst Circle Details. Because this is a sample / scrap, there are grommet holes at the top of the fabric. There may also be snags, small marks / stains (have done my best to picture everything), fraying on the edges, and general wear / fading / yellowing due to age. The fabric has been sewn before, so there is a seam sewn in the center of the 88″ x 75″ piece of fabric. The 142″ x 47″ piece of fabric has been cut and has a lot of fraying. There is also a slight musty smell from storage and age, which I have not tried to reduce. The fabric has also been folded, so has creases from this. The measurements are 88″ x 75″ and 142″ x 47″ (two separate pieces of fabric) but please note that the useable amount of fabric will be less due to the border and the grommet holes as this is a sample. Color: Earth tones – Brown, Yellow, Beige / White. Though I have tried to picture the fabric in different lighting, the lighting may alter the actual color of the fabric. These samples are perfect for sewing, crafting, curtains, upholstery, do it yourself home decor projects, or even clothing such as tops, skirts, scarves, purses, bags, or pants.
