Dancing abstract figures define the darkness of space and matter… Free flowing contemporary dance that through the ages transcended into what would appear to be nude dancers… Coming out of the strict victorian era that had dancers wearing heavy garb and covering their bodies… The 50’s was a celebration of modernism… A deflection from past norms that were restrictive when it came to art… A celebration of space… And daring artists who were putting their historic mark on the times.. The fabulous 50’s… The era before the peace… This offering is for ONE unused and in brand new condition remnant of yardage. A neutral beige and white mottled ground with candied red and avocado limec cloud chasers amidst chartreuse lime clouds outlined with black and white lines. This pattern is called “Cloud Chasers” and is signed glamorously as such “Cloud Chasers Guaranteed Vat Colors” This is extraordinary and one for the designers and collectors with a special eye! Measures 33 inches wide x 31 inches long. But who wants to take a return right?
