This offering is for ONE unused unwashed remnant if medium weight textured nubby barkcloth. Measures 34 inches wide x 32 inches long… Great for upholstery or to recover a special chair cushion… Or a huge pillow… Or some small hand bags or clutches. A dusty milk chocolate ground with pops of utter fabulousness… With deepest darkest ink eggplant and white accents. Expect the kind of flawless you’d otherwise have to have had traveled back in time to circa 1952. But who wants to take a return right? Mid century style 2 tiered fiberglass lamp shade. It is ivory and black colored fiberglass with a black matchstick pattern. The larger tier measures 15 inches in diameter and is 7 inches tall and the smaller tier is 12 inches in diameter and 2.5 inches tall. 9 inch total height. All of the fiberglass and lacing is brand new. This sale is for the shade only not the lamp in the pictures. I added those pics so you could see what the shade looks like when it’s lit up and mounted on a lamp. This shade looks best using an 8 inch harp. Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an amazing vintage barkcloth curtain panel. Circa’50s /’60s. The materials has a slight texture throughout, and we’d say it’s a medium weight material. Colors: Browns, Beige, Black. There is a lot of material here – it can be re-used as a curtain, or perhaps you have other crafting needs for it. Whatever the case, there’s plenty to work with! 14′ 13″ (5.03 yards) wide x 51″ tall. It is constructed of 4 panels carefully sewn together at 45 intervals. There is a 5″ hem running the span of the bottom, and each of the two sides has a 1″ hem in place. Condition: Overall the material is in very good condition. There are no rips, holes, tears, repairs, funky odors, dry rot, etc. There are creases and fold marks, and a few light scattered moisture marks. Overall, the colors appear to be nice throughout. The material has no lining on the reverse side. We have not attempted to clean or launder the material in any way – it is being presented for sale in the exact condition in which it was acquired – the moisture marks should come out with a gentle laundering. We do not know if the previous owners had pets, or if they were smokers. Based on our examination of the fabric, neither appears to be the case, but we cannot guarantee that for certain.
