Mid Century Modern Imperialite Atomic Swag Lamp Cone 1950s Chandelier Vintage
Incredible original vintage mid century modern swag lamp with three perforated brass cone downlights and three uplights with glass disks, all attached to a wooden and brass frame with four way switch on the bottom. Not marked, but I believe it was made by Imperialite. Lamp is in good working condition, and uses three standard medium base light bulbs (not included). Switch turns on the top lights only, bottom lights only, both top and bottom, and off. Fixture measures approximately 22″ across and about 18″ tall from bottom of cones to the loop on top of center wooden pole. Chain with cord is just under 16 feet long. Could easily be converted to a chandelier / ceiling fixture if desired. Cosmetically it shows some wear from age, with a few rough edges around the glass shades, and a couple of spots and marks here and there – nothing too bad. See photos for more detail. The lamp measures 34 in diameter without bulbs. The lamp comes with a 14 Drop rod. The lamp hangs 25 at its lowest point with out bulbs. Light bulbs are included. The diameter of the lamp will depend on the choice of light bulbs. Most bulbs are 2 in length. So the overall diameter with bulbs will be 38 round. Beautiful and modern, plain Ceiling Pendant / Chandelier in chrome with its timeless Opal glass globes, creating a nice, soft, shadow free light effect. This unique and modern ceiling light won’t loose its modern appear, as its doing for the last 50 years. Very fine chrome with no rust or tarnish. The vintage condition is very good. 12 socket E 14 fit Edison or LED light bulbs up to 40 Watt and brakes the light in soft, shadow free effect light. Wiring in good original condition, no need to rewire. Hight, approx: 160cm / 63 Inch, with rod and canopy, can be shorten to your personal need, but this is the perfect hight to place chandelier above the dining table, bar or business table, shop window, to highlight your location.
