Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a rare vintage atomic era table lamp. The base is constructed of iron, and there are two ceramic inserts, one rests at the very top and serves as a shallow dish – perhaps for some faux plants, and the other insert is also ceramic and encloses the light bulb. Both ceramic pieces are off-white in color, with thin black paint swirls throughout. The lamp stands approx. The ceramic dish / bowl at the top has a diameter of approx. 11, and it is approx. The ceramic encasement around the light bulb measures approx. 8″ tall x 6″ in diameter. The distance between the legs is approx. Condition: Excellent condition – no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, bends, dents, dings, etc. The interior side of the dish at the top shows some minor signs of light discoloration from age and use – nothing objectionable whatsoever (see photos)… We’re solely mentioning it for accuracy. The electrical wiring is in good condition – no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc, and it looks to be original to the lamp. Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a very cool vintage table lamp. Circa’50s /’60s. The lamp appears to be made of metal, and it has a very nice solid weight to it. We are uncertain as to the maker. No shade present – that’ll be left up to the purchaser to provide. The lamp stands approx. 29.5 tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the harp). The distance from the bottom of the base to the light socket is approx. The black and red decorative metal component measures approx. The round brass base measures approx. 6.25 in diameter. The lamp shows some scattered paint loss (see photos). The round brass base shows some signs of discoloration and tarnishing – nothing overly alarming (see photos). We have not attempted to clean or polish the base in an manner, so with a little elbow grease and tlc, you might be able to spiff it up a bit. The round base also looks slightly out-of-round on one side (again, see photo) – we think it can be finessed back into shape from the underside of the base – that’s something that we’ll leave up to the purchaser to handle. The electrical wiring is in good condition – no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc, and it looks to be original to the lamp. Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a stunning vintage table lamp that dates back to the atomic era. It features three cast metal boomerang accent shapes that are each intersected by a cylindrical brass rod. Each boomerang shape is staggered at slightly different heights. They are black and have beige paint splatter design throughout. The on/off switch is located by the brass cup that surrounds the light socket. Not sure of the maker – there are no labels or tags present. Measurements: The lamp stands approx. 29.25″ tall (from the bottom of the base to the top of the milk glass diffuser shade) x 25″ tall from the bottom of the base to the top of the brass cup surrounding the socket. The upper-most boomerang shape adornment measures approx. The middle boomerang shape measures approx. 6.25 wide, and the bottom-most boomerang shape measures approx. The rounded brass base measures approx. Condition: All in all, the lamp is in very good condition given its age – there are no breaks, cracks, dents, dings, repairs, etc. There is a tiny bit of paint missing on the boomerang accent pieces, mainly along the edges (see photos). We left it alone when we acquired the lamp; however, it’d be really simple and inexpensive to touch up, if desired. We will leave that up to the purchaser to decide. The brass base, rods, and brass cup around the socket are free from dents, dings, repairs, etc. There is some tarnishing to the brass in spots (see photos), and general surface wear from age. It could maybe use a gentle polishing, if desired. We think it displays very well as it is! The wiring is free from frays, splits, exposed wires, etc. And is original to the lamp. The lamp is in fully functioning, working condition. As with all vintage lighting, we’d recommend having a licensed professional have a look at it prior to long-term use. Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage atomic era table lamp. Circa’50s /’60s. It features a round metal disc at the base, with three (3) evenly spaced metal cylinders that project upward, each ending in a round gold metal atomic ball. The brass metal socket cup that surrounds the actual light socket has five-pointed star cut-outs (see photos); we believe this is to allow the light to shine out from the holes when the lamp is turned on. We are uncertain as to the maker – the lamp does not appear to be signed, and there are no labels. There is no shade present – that’ll be left up to the purchaser to provide on their own. It’ll make a great addition to any mid century modern or atomic-themed home! The lamp stands approx. 20 tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the brass cup surrounding the light socket). The round metal base measures approx. 7.5 in diameter. The brass cut surrounding the light socket measures approx. 3.75″ tall x 4.25″ in diameter (measured across the top opening). Condition: Overall the lamp is in very good cosmetic condition, but it does have some wear that we’ll mention here. First off, the lamp needs to be rewired as it is not in working order at the moment. It’s a simple and inexpensive job that can be tackled by any licensed electrician. The round base at the bottom may have been repainted at one point in time – there are some minor flakes to the color that is currently there (see photos). The brass cup surrounding the socket is very slightly out of round at the top edge (see photo). It’s not really noticeable, but we are mentioning it for accuracy. Aside from that, the lamp is very presentable and is ready for a new home! Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage fiberglass lamp shade fitting for your Majestic lamp that lacks a shade. Colors: Beige, Black and Gold. 9″ tall x 18″ in diameter (top) x 19 in diameter (bottom). Condition: Overall, the shade is in good condition – there are no rips, holes, tears, burn marks, repairs, etc. There is some mild discoloration on the fiberglass, mainly towards the back to the side of the seam (see photos) – we did not attempt to clean the shade in any manner, so we’re uncertain if it’ll come out but it should with some mild detergent (see photos). It doesn’t particularly detract, but it is being mentioned for accuracy. The lacing appears to be original, and it is intact. As always, thanks for looking! Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a stunning vintage table lamp that dates back to the atomic era. It features three cast metal boomerang accent shapes that are each intersected by a cylindrical brass rod. Each boomerang shape is staggered at slightly different heights. They are black and have beige paint splatter design throughout. The on/off switch is located by the brass cup that surrounds the light socket. Not sure of the maker – there are no labels or tags present. Measurements: The lamp stands approx. 29.25″ tall (from the bottom of the base to the top of the milk glass diffuser shade) x 25″ tall from the bottom of the base to the top of the brass cup surrounding the socket. The upper-most boomerang shape adornment measures approx. The middle boomerang shape measures approx. 6.25 wide, and the bottom-most boomerang shape measures approx. The rounded brass base measures approx. Condition: All in all, the lamp is in very good condition given its age – there are no breaks, cracks, dents, dings, repairs, etc. There is a tiny bit of paint missing on the boomerang accent pieces, mainly along the edges (see photos). We left it alone when we acquired the lamp; however, it’d be really simple and inexpensive to touch up, if desired. We will leave that up to the purchaser to decide. The brass base, rods, and brass cup around the socket are free from dents, dings, repairs, etc. There is some tarnishing to the brass in spots (see photos), and general surface wear from age. It could maybe use a gentle polishing, if desired. We think it displays very well as it is! The wiring is free from frays, splits, exposed wires, etc. And is original to the lamp. The lamp is in fully functioning, working condition. As with all vintage lighting, we’d recommend having a licensed professional have a look at it prior to long-term use. Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a rare vintage atomic era table lamp. The base is constructed of iron, and there are two ceramic inserts, one rests at the very top and serves as a shallow dish – perhaps for some faux plants, and the other insert is also ceramic and encloses the light bulb. Both ceramic pieces are off-white in color, with thin black paint swirls throughout. The lamp stands approx. The ceramic dish / bowl at the top has a diameter of approx. 11, and it is approx. The ceramic encasement around the light bulb measures approx. 8″ tall x 6″ in diameter. The distance between the legs is approx. Condition: Excellent condition – no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, bends, dents, dings, etc. The interior side of the dish at the top shows some minor signs of light discoloration from age and use – nothing objectionable whatsoever (see photos)… We’re solely mentioning it for accuracy. The electrical wiring is in good condition – no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc, and it looks to be original to the lamp.
