Atomic 1950s Red & White Glass Lantern Pendant Lights – 2 Available. Rewired, PAT tested & Ready to hang. Fantastic 1950s red & white glass pendant lights in the style of lanterns. Red rim, white body decorated with asymmetric shapes. Each lamp has been red & white glass. Beautiful survivors typical of the period, ready to hang. Each light is in excellent condition, no chips or cracks to the glass. Each fitting has been completely rewired with twisted red cord, tested for electrical safety (PAT tested) & ready to hang. Vintage Ceiling Light Large Atomic Sputnik Flying Saucer Mid 20th C. White Glass
A Large Vintage Glass Atomic Era Ceiling Light Pendant. The light has an original Round Flying Saucer shaped Lampshade with a gently sloped top and bottom – The colour white with hand applied Black Atomic Era Sputnik decorations. The glass is heavy and well made with a Satin finish. The long length of new earthed wiring is held in position by a Modern cord grip. The bulb holder and wiring are modern and earthed. The light has modern simple replacement brass ceiling rose with cord grip. Please see my images for the best details. When lit the Atomic Era decorations stand out really well. Shade age is late 1950’s – 1960’s. Max drop is 160 Cm – Shade Diameter is 29 Cm – Pendant height 20 Cm. Good, the light works well and is free of damage. A couple of very small marks from age along with marks and imperfections in the glass and decoration from manufacture. One small manufacturing mark to the rim. Bulb holder &Wiring are new & earthed. Beautiful and modern, plain Ceiling Pendant / Chandelier in chrome with its timeless Opal glass globes, creating a nice, soft light effect. This unique and modern ceiling light won’t loose its modern appear, as its doing for the last 50 years. Very fine chrome with no rust or tarnish. The vintage condition is very good. 12 socket E 14 fit Edison or LED light bulbs up to 40 Watt and brakes the light in soft, shadow free effect light. Wiring in good original condition, no need to rewire. Hight, approx: 96cm / 37.8 Inch, with rod and canopy, can be shorten to your personal need. Diameter / Width, approx: 70cm / 27.6 Inch. Mid century atomic eyeball lamps, white globe lights. Scandinavian design
Pair of vintage eyeball / atomic lamps made by Magnetlampan of Sweden in the 1970s. They can be used both as table lamps and as wall lamps. They are made entirely from metal and the base is magnetic, which allows the lamp to be easily adjusted in any direction. Angle them down as reading lamps or up to illuminate the wall and ceiling. There are some scratches and rust spots, giving them an industrial look. The price is for the pair. The lamps have European standard power plugs.
