VINTAGE TENSION POLE FLOOR LAMP. Working lights with original red round acrylic shades. The shades are in great shape with no chips or cracks. Vintage 50s Brass Wood MAJESTIC LAMP Fiberglass Shade Mid Century Modern Atomic
Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage Majestic table lamp with its original accompanying fiberglass shade. The lamp takes on an atomic / floral or tree-like appearance. Materials: Wood, Brass, Fiberglass. The lamp has a total of six (6) sockets: there are two (2) main sockets at the top, and four (4) smaller sockets within each of the brass cups. The on/off rotary knob switch is located embedded in the wavy wooden base at the bottom. The lamp has three-way functionality… With one simple twist the two main light sockets will light up. With a second twist, those will shut off and just the four smaller bulbs will illuminate. And finally, with a third twist, all six sockets can light up together. As is characteristic with Majestic lamps, this lamp still retains its original old green felt on the underside of the base. We did not attempt to remove or disrupt it in any way, so there could very well still be a Majestic label hanging out under there. This lamp will make an excellent addition to any mid century modern interior. With the fiberglass shade attached, the lamp stands approx. 30 tall measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the finial. The wavy rectangular base measures approx. 15.5″ wide x 5″ deep x 2.25 tall. The fiberglass shade measures approx. 22″ wide x 9.25″ deep x 7 tall. The distance from the bottom of the base to the two main light sockets is approx. The four smaller light sockets measure approx. 19″ on each side for the higher ones (measured from the bottom of the base), and 12″ on each side for the lower ones (measured from the bottom of the base). Condition: With the exception to paint loss and some small scattered paint flecks on the wavy wooden base at the bottom, the lamp is in great condition. It can very easily be repainted, but we decided to just leave it in the condition in which it was acquired. The brass shows a nice patina that is commensurate with age. There is no rust, oxidations, etc. There are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The fiberglass shade is also in great shape – no holes, tears, punctures, burn marks, etc. The lacing appears to be original, and it is intact. All six (6) sockets are in working order -the lamp is in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we always recommend having a licensed professional inspect everything prior to long-term use. Please ask them and we will respond back to you in a timely manner. Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an amazing vintage sculptural danish floor lamp with its original accompanying cylindrical shade. The base is constructed of teak wood, and the shade is fiberglass on the interior, and it has a textile outer covering (see photos). The lamp has a metal pull chain switch located at the socket. The lamp has three different output intensities in terms of brightness. We are uncertain as to the maker. There is a piece of green felt along the underside of the base – we didn’t attempt to remove it, but it does need to be replaced. This lamp will look great in any mid century modern or danish modern interior setting! The lamp stands approx. 52″ tall x 7.5″ wider x 7.5 deep. The sculptural wood portion of the base, including the round base at the bottom, measures approx. The cylindrical shade measures approx. 18″ tall x 7.25″ in diameter. The round wooden base at the bottom measures approx. Condition: The lamp is in great shape – there are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The wood shows only light traces of wear commensurate with age and use – nothing bad. All-in-all, it’s been very well cared for by its previous owners. The shade is in great shape as well – no rips, holes, tears, burn marks, etc. The electrical wiring appears to be original, and is in good condition – no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working condition. Vintage 1950s 1960s Abstract Sculptural Atomic Fish Wood Lamp Mid Century Modern
Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a super cool vintage sculptural carved wood atomic fish lamp. Circa’50s /’60s. The lamp features three (3) stacked wooden fish that are attached to the central vertical metal column. We are uncertain as to the maker – no tags or labels are readily visible. There is felt on the underside of the base – there may be something underneath – we didn’t attempt to remove it to check. There is no shade present – that’ll be left up to the purchaser to provide on their own. The lamp stands approx. 27 tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the light socket). The three wooden fish are all roughly the same size – approx. 5.5″ wide (measured from the front of the head to the tail) x 5.5″ tall x 1 thick. The round wooden base at the bottom measures approx. Condition: The lamp is in very good, all original vintage condition – there are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. There is some very mild surface wear, but nothing objectionable. We have not attempted to clean / polish the lamp in any way – it is being presented for sale in the condition in which it was acquired. In our opinion, it displays very well in its current state. The round metal disc that sits directly atop the round wooden base shows some signs of mild tarnishing (see photo) – again, nothing objectionable, and does not take away from the display of the lamp. The electrical wiring appears to be original to the lamp, and is in fine shape – there are no frays, splits, or exposed wires. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we always strongly recommend having a licensed electrician inspect the wiring prior to long-term use. The lamp is b. All sales are final.
