Mid Century Eyeball Atomic Recessed Ceiling Light Fixture Working As Found
A true Mid Century Modern era working recessed atomic style eyeball ceiling fixture. A great way to highlight a special space, artwork, shelves or collection. The light works and accommodates a standard size base light bulb. The fixture is all original and is shown in one photo as working. The fixture is wired for a hard-wired installation. The light has older cloth covered stranded copper wire that appears to be in good condition. The center grill / diffuser is removable for changing the bulb by compressing edge tabs. The eyeball itself rotates an estimated 45 degrees to the right or left. If installed oppositely, it will then rotate about 45 degrees either up or down. The entire fixture measures 8 1/4 inches in diameter. The movable center “eyeball” portion measures 4 inches in diameter at the front grill. The length of the fixture is 7 inches deep. The single socket is porcelain and appears original to the light.

Vintage Sofono Space Master Heater Sputnik Atomic Grey Mid Century Working condition with original plug in pink. Great condition for the age has been used but largely stored for the last 20 years has some scratches and marks to the back enamel and some light rusting to the metal guard at front metal silver central panel is in good shape the feet are slim tapering metal rod shapes all working and present. There are a couple of marks on the grey enamel at front, but all in all is in very smooth complete and unscratched condition. Although we have tried to keep dust free in storage, there is a little dust under the grill however this should be able to be removed easily. Would make a brilliant piece for prop styling film prop. Will add a slick modern space age 50s retro-futurism design feel to any room. We advise to test this on your own or get it tested by an electrician before using with your sockets for compatibity.
