Right out of the 1950’s.. SIMPLY ONE OF THE BEST SWAG LAMPS THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE PRIVILEGE TO OWN/SELL. I HAVE A MATCHING TABLE LAMP, PLEASE SEE MY OTHER LISTINGS OR ASK. Some of the great features of this lamp. Thick ceramic body with cut grooves. LOOKS FANTASTIC WHEN LIT! The finish is fantastic hues of greens and browns. (almost snake skin like). Large ball pull chain. Ornate large brass top. Cool non smooth wax type diffuser for the perfect shading of light. Extra long ceiling chain and cord. The brass is in fantastic shape with no age spots. The chain is nice and strong and matches the color of the brass top. The ceramic socket works as it should with a pull of the chain. The ceramic body has a few small flea bites and, non structural, hairline cracks that are hard to see. The cord has some wear but is safe to use. Brass cap is 10 1/2 tall. Ceramic body is 11 1/4″ tall and 7 3/4″ in diameter. The cord is a little under 12′ long. It will be protected well and insured. Let me know if you have questions.
