Mid Century Modern ATOMIC Gold Tone Kovacs Sonneman Style Saturn Lamp UFO Saucer. This is a brass Robert Sonneman desk lamp for George Kovaks from the 80s. Has glass halo ring at top that makes the lamp look like the planet Saturn or a flying saucer. Lamp also has black metal mesh on top and as trim where the glass piece fits. Lamp stability is 3 brass legs that connect the top to the base. Dimmer switch works great and clicks when completely off. Brass is showing some scuffs and the finish is showing discoloration from age. Please check photos for condition. Lamp is tested and working. Light bulb included but not sure how much life is left in. Overall, this lamp is a head turner with its Memphis style design. The imperfections although noticeable up close dont take away from this lamp in appearance. Please see all photos and ask questions before purchasing.
