Vintage 1950s 60s Beige Plastic Tripod Planter Atomic Era Mid Century MCM Modern
ITEM : For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage atomic era planter and stand. Circa’50s /’60. Materials: Plastic / Iron. The iron stand forms three hairpin legs which hold the planter in place. There are no signatures, tags or labels present, so we are uncertain as to who manufactured the planter. It is suitable for any modern interior space. 15″ tall x 13″ in diameter. CONDITION : Good vintage condition. Structurally there are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. There is thin film of surface rust on the iron stand. There was a paint squiggle application on the exterior of the plastic shell – the color has warn away over time in many areas (see photos). There are no holes drilled into the bottom of the plastic shell, so theoretically the planter can be used both indoors and outdoors.
