Set of 8 Matching Mid-Century Small Footed Drinking Glasses with Pure Gold & Turquoise Designs. 4-1/2 tall – they hold just 4 ounces. Gold rims on the bases. What striking beauties these are! The photos really don’t do them justice these. Acquired at a estate sale – I was so surprised when I opened the boxes and found these! Appear to have never been taken out of the boxes, and are in never-used, mint condition. Unbranded, but comes with the flyer explaining the production and care for these. I don’t know if the bases of these were always kind of purple, or if that came from the tissue that’s been around it for years. The last 2 photos show how I found them and the unwrapping. Vintage Mid Century Modern Starburst Wall Clock 1960s Seth Thomas Sunburst MCM – New Movement. Brass-toned metal Rod and Ball atomic-style spokes and 24 substantial solid Teak wood rays surround the brass tone dial. Dimensions: 21.25 inch diameter tip to tip. Clock face is marked “Seth Thomas”. Metal hub and frame. Previously owned, vintage condition, has been thoroughly cleaned. Wood rays were hand rubbed with teak oil, metal rays were polished til they gleamed. Clock is fitted with a new, USA manufactured TAKANE movement. Tested and in working order, keeps accurate time. Hanging aperture on the top of the central round frame on the reverse as shown. New top-of-the-line, USA-manufactured, working Takane AA battery powered movement (installed new April 2024) has on-off switch and rotary thumb wheel to set the delicate hands to the correct time without needing to touch them. Vintage 1950s Mid Century Quilted Pink Starburst Bathroom Waste Basket Trash Can MCM. Here is another great find from an estate sale I went to the other day. For those of us with mid century homes and still have the original pink bathroom, this waste basket is the perfect accent and is period correct and looks perfect as decor and function. This wonderful MCM piece has a gold starburst in the center of the can with gold trim on the top and bottom. It is 13″ tall x 10″ wide x 7 deep. In good vintage condition, minor wear. I didn’t clean it. I did wipe it down with a damp paper towel. So you will need to clean it better than I did. Boxes depending on size by request only. Mid Century Modern Franciscan Atomic Starburst PERFECT PIECES!! Mid Century Modern 1954 to 1968. 1 Grand Mug, about 5″ tall X 2 7/8″ wide, absolutely PERFECT condition. 1 Dinner Plate, 10 7/8 wide, has a pin head bubble (see picture) really TINY and likely happened in manufacturing, plate is otherwise Perfect. 2 Cereal Bowls, (priced EACH) 7 1/8 wide, absolutely PERFECT condition. 1 Divided Vegetable Bowl, 8 3/8″ wide X 2 3/8″ tall, absolutely PERFECT condition. 1 Fruit or sauce bowl? Its 4 7/8″ wide X 1.5″ tall, absolutely PERFECT condition. I dont think any of these pieces were used, if they were, someone took great care of them. No Scratches, no crazing, no stains – see pictures. I will happily do anything I can to resolve the problem.
