In the 1950s for theSwedish retailers Nordiska Kompaniet (think Liberty of London/ Selfridges etc). It features innovative designed scissor legs. The quality of these craftsman built tables and finest quality materials is more than evident, this stunning set looks almost as good as the day it was created. A beautiful, stylish and practical statement piece has real presence without feeling overbearing In lovely condition throughout, definitely fully ground up restored and ready for the next 60 odd years of their lives, definitely one of the nicest examples available. Pair Vintage Atomic Mid Century 1950s 60s Vinyl Bedside Cabinets Lamp Tables. Vintage Off White in colour with gold trim. Rare to find a pair of these in excellent vintage condition. Iconic shape and atomic influence – great conversation pieces. Ideal in either the bedroom or lounge, would make cute sofa or lamp tables. Covered in the original padded vinyl, which is in excellent order, as a used item it shows signs of use, a couple of marks, but no rips or tares. They have four angled dansette legs which screw in, 1 of the metal plates which the leg screws into is split, but when assembled with the leg screwed in, it is secure and does not move. Packed weight will be over 10Kgs. Well packed and fully covered.

Bespoke atomic / sputnik side table. Mid-century, space age x 2. The glass top are tempered and have a bevelled edge. The base has rocket themed steel legs with wood detailing and chrome feet, finial and top support. These are unique one-off items worthy of a mid century design museum. Measurements 70cm dia by 60cm high. Overall good condition with some minor flakes of the powder oat on the steel legs and small scratches commensurate with age on the glass tops. Cute pair of side tables/bedside tables. Set on solid wood splayed tripod legs. And wood laminate kidney/apostrophe shaped tops. A matching but opposite pair which would make great bedside tables. These tables had been previously painted numerous times in their lives. And the paint was very tired but we loved the colours so we have given them a fresh. Heres our lovey Bengt Ruda nesting tables. Unmistakeable mid century Danish design. The nest so well and weve always loved the leg design which makes them particular useful. Think these are walnut and then veneer on top as with all Bengt Ruda nests. Condition is pretty good with the only notable damage to the veneer on the small table (shows in pic). Usual marks for a item of this vintage. I know some people like to refurb these and change the colours etc, but ours are completely untouched and original.
