This a hard-to-find model that is very classic of that time period. Stand is made of metal coated with white rubber. It is sturdy and in really nice shape with some expected marks on the rubber coating. It can be easily spray painted any color if desired. Stand measures 20″ at the widest and 58.5″ tall. A wonderful addition to anyone’s collection.

Cool vintage MCM atomic style bird cage. CONDITIONThis does have a lot of all over surface rust on all parts, could be repainted! This measures 14″ across at the top, 11 1/2″ at the bottom, has drawer that slides in and out. You can set this on a table, or if you want to hang it you’ll have to add some hardware on the top which would be easy to do. NOW FOR THE FUN FINE PRINT! Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a rare vintage atomic era black wire cage table lamp. It has a plastic-like material that wraps around the exterior of the base forming the shade (see photos). The electrical wiring contains an inline on/off switch that is used to turn the lamp on and off. The lamp is unsigned insofar as we’ve been able to detect – we are not certain as to the maker. We’ve come across these lamps in the past, and it seems there has never been a definitive answer as to who designed them. The lamp stands approx. 15.25″ tall x 8″ in diameter. There are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. To the wire portion of the lamp. The shade material that wraps around the exterior of the base is also in great shape – no rips, holes, tears, burn marks, etc. Displays only the slightest signs of wear that are consistent with age and use. The electrical wiring appears to be original, and is in good condition – no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working condition.
