FOR SALE IS THIS VERY RARE AND COOL LOOKING 1950’s ATOMIC STYLE TABLE LAMP. THE LEGS AND BODY (BALL) ARE MADE OF WHAT I BELIEVE IS METAL AND SOME KIND OF COMPOSITE (BALL). THE SHADE IS MADE FROM METAL AND FABRIC. THERE IS LIGHT WEAR THROUGHOUT THE LAMP, WITH LIGHT SCUFFS TO THE LEGS, BODY (RED BALL) AND THE SHADE, BUT NOTHING THAT IS TOO SERIOUS AND IT COULD BE “TOUCHED UP” BY THE NEW OWNER. HAVING INSPECTED THE LAMP, IT IS MY OPINION THAT IT HAS BEEN RESTORED ON THE BALL (RE-SPAYED) AND THE LEGS HAVE ALOS BEEN TOUCHED UP IN PLACES TOO. NOT UNUSUAL OR SURPRISING GIVEN THE AGE OF THIS LAMP AND THE FACT THAT IT HAS BEEN USED DAILY OVER THE DECADES. THE BLACK METAL LAMP CAGE HAS ALSO BEEN TOUCHED UPIN PLACES. IT IS MY OPINION THAT THE FABRIC IN THE SHADE IS ORIGINAL AND SHOWS MINIMAL SIGNS OF WEAR/DUST. PLEASE ZOOM IN ON THE PHOTOS FOR GREATER DETAIL. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL PERIOD LAMP AND I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO ALTER IT IN ANY WAY. SURELY A RARE EXAMPLE AND AN OUTSTANDING PIECE OF DESIGN FROM THE PERIOD – FIND ANOTHER! THIS IS FOR THAT PERSON WHO “HAS EVERYTHING” – A TOTALLY ORIGINAL AND UNUSUAL GIFT. IT HAS BEEN REWIRED JUST RECENTLY, ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT PAT (PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTED) AND AS SUCH I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT THE NEW OWNER GETS THIS DONE BEFORE USING THE LAMP. A striking red opaline glass table lamp, designed by Stepán Tabery and made by OPP Jihlava in the former Czechoslovakia in the 1970s. The glass is double-layered: white on the inside, and red on the outside. This item is in excellent condition. The wiring is original and fully functional; the plug is for a European socket. This chandelier has been made with solid brass, and minor variations in finish are an inherent characteristic of these handmade items, adding to their charm and natural beauty. This bold chandelier with mini eyeball-shaped Loa shades is inspired by retro sputnik lights but has a playful twist with six mini versions of our Loa shade. The metal portion of the Loa-Annunciation chandelier can be done in raw brass or chrome. The Loa-Annunciation pictured uses raw brass with Lagoon Blue shades. 12 in Droprod is automatically included. Length (ceiling to bottom): 30.25 inches. Downrod Length: 24 inches. Width: 25.5 inches. Ceiling canopy diameter and depth: 5. The light comes with all mounting hardware. It can be mounted into a preexisting ceiling wire box. Max wattage per socket is 40W. Recommended bulbs are G16/16.5. Bulbs are not included. Polished brass, brass patina and chrome finishes are available.

Vintage/Retro Style Rocket Lamp. A beautiful retro rocket lamp, iconic design piece sitting on 3 teak legs with a long spun fibreglass shade in purple. Very rare colour as most of the earlier models were in yellow/orange. It’s thought that this one is a later piece, believed to be found in an unsold batch of old shop stock but they hadn’t yet been built so they have now been fitted with brand new light fittings & bulbs ready for sale. At the time of listing we also have another one available in pink see last photo – this listing is for the purple lamp ONLY! Measures 117cm tall x 22cm Wide. Brand new fittings and bulbs ready for use, the odd tiny imperfection on the fibreglass up close as shown but overall it looks amazing when lit up! Courier is a one man service and may require assistance to unload, (2 person available at request but price and timeframe will increase). Pair Vintage Atomic Mid Century 1950s 60s Vinyl Bedside Cabinets Lamp Tables. Vintage Off White in colour with gold trim. Rare to find a pair of these in excellent vintage condition. Iconic shape and atomic influence – great conversation pieces. Ideal in either the bedroom or lounge, would make cute sofa or lamp tables. Covered in the original padded vinyl, which is in excellent order, as a used item it shows signs of use, a couple of marks, but no rips or tares. They have four angled dansette legs which screw in, 1 of the metal plates which the leg screws into is split, but when assembled with the leg screwed in, it is secure and does not move. Packed weight will be over 10Kgs. Well packed and fully covered.
